3. Rules and technical code
The Lotto World Trophy Rhythmic Gymnastics applies the rules of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and the technical code of its technical commission Rhythmic Gymnastics.
4. Participants
Invitations were sent to the member federations of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), which are active in the international competition.
5. Delegations
One delegation per country is accepted.
Delegations consist of maximum 5 members:
- 1 gymnast category Youth
- 1 gymnast category Junior
- 1 gymnast category Senior
- 1 judge (preferably FIG qualified, if not: national diploma)
- 1 coac
Only the organizing club has the right to enter more than 1 gymnast per category.
6. Entrance fee and lodging costs
The entrance fee is €25 per gymnast.
Lodging costs are €25 per member of the delegation (= max. 3 gymnasts, 1 coach, 1 judge), per day. The cost includes hotel and 3 meals a day (breakfast-lunch-dinner)
Lodging costs for extra members are €50, per extra member, per day.
Each country is allowed to subscribe only one delegation. The subscription and composition of the delegation is organized by the national federation.
The organizing club has the right to accept, by exception, two delegations of one country.
7. Accommodation
All members of the delegations will be staying at hotels, in walking-distance of the competition hall:

Reservations will be made by the organizing club.
8. Costs
The organizing club covers extra costs for accommodation and meals of 3 gymnasts, 1 judge and 1 coach from Thursday evening April 28th untill Monday morning May 2nd (included in the lodging costs – see 6: entrance fee and lodging costs).
Transportation costs are covered by the delegation.
9. Transport
The organizing club provides transportation from the train station Gent-Sint-Pieters to the gymnastics hall (and back).
Delegation arriving in other train stations, the national airport Brussels-Zaventem or other airports must come by train to the station Gent-Sint-Pieters, were they will be picked up by drivers of the organizing club.

The hotels in which the delegations are staying are in walking-distance from the competition hall, there is no transportation provided from the hotel to the competition hall and back.
10. Gala of Champions
The Gala of Champions takes place on Sunday, 1st of May with demonstrations of the winners (gold, silver, bronze) of the all-round competitions and the individual finals .
Other gymnasts are also invited to bring a demonstration at the Gala. The demonstrations must be sent to the organizing club in advance (on DVD).

FINALS
Finales are organized for each apparatus and in each category. The first 6 ranked gymnasts based on the results of the general competition per apparatus are selected for the finals. The organizing club has the possibility to add their best ranked gymnast to the line-up of the finals.
